What happens after completing the registration form?
STEP 1:
you will receive a text message from our business confirming an appointment time to purchase your hylines. We try and respond to registrations as quickly as possible*
STEP 2:
You will need to confirm the appointment time with a return text within 2 hours of receiving the notification. As we are processing a large volume of orders and trying to confirm many appointments, if we do not receive a confirmation from you within this time frame, your birds may be allocated to another customer and your registration cancelled. If this occurs you will be notified by text message.
*PLEASE NOTE: We try and respond to our registrations as quickly as possible. Depending on the time of day you have registered you will receive a text within a couple of hours of your registration being received. If this does not happen it is likely your registration has not been received, or your details submitted on the form below have not allowed us to contact you (on occasions some of our customers have accidentally typed the incorrect phone number) please re submit your registration if you have not received a response within 12 hours or contact our business on (03) 62671554 - all orders for 10+ birds will be required to pay a $100 non transferable/non refundable deposit prior to booking appointment.
